On April 10, the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Construction of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Projects in 2020," which clearly stated: In 2020, Jiangsu Province will suspend competitive allocation and approval processes for centralized onshore wind power, distributed wind power, and offshore wind power projects that require national financial subsidies. Meanwhile, the province will accelerate the advancement of existing project construction, actively promote the development of grid-parity projects, fully ensure adequate electricity transmission and consumption capacities, and prioritize support for grid-parity initiatives.

Additionally, new-energy enterprises that sign market trading contracts will be given priority for consumption during periods when grid frequency regulation faces challenges.
