Two decades of arduous pioneering: Hebi Farvict Automation and Control Technology Engineering Co.,Ltd., with an ice-breaking determination, has carved a brilliant trajectory in the vast cosmos of bulk material handling technology – from a technical breakthrough to an industry benchmark.

  Startup: Breaking Barriers, Anchoring a Technological DNA (2005-2010)

  At the turn of the century, as China's industrialization accelerated, bunker clogging frequently plagued the coal and mineral processing industries. Farvict Automation and Control was born in response to the trend, taking root in the Hebi High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. It targeted the pain points of bunker bridging and chute clogging with its "Dual-Mount Vibration Unclogging Discharger" as its spearhead. At that time, leveraging the technical requirements of Hemei Group as a foothold, the team replaced air cannons and integrated vibration unclogging equipment with automation systems. They repeatedly refined the process in simple workshops, weaving first-generation arch-breaking solutions with welding torches and code. In 2008, the company took the lead in adopting the "Fully Automatic CO2 Gas Shielded Welding Process," significantly enhancing equipment durability, and became a key scientific and technological entity supported by the Hemei Group Science and Technology Department, initially demonstrating its potential.

  Leap Forward: Intelligent Manufacturing Empowerment, Defining Industry Standards (2011-2018)

  As the non-ferrous mineral processing industry demanded higher bulk material handling efficiency, Farvict Automation and Control rebuilt its product design logic with 3D modeling and simulation technology. In 2014, the company launched the "Intelligent Dual-Frequency Adaptive Arch-Breaking System," which monitors bunker pressure and material flow in real-time via IoT, enabling dynamic adjustment of vibration frequency and reducing clogging rates by 98%. This technology quickly expanded from coal mines to non-ferrous mines like copper and aluminum, becoming a "standard process configuration" for enterprises such as Jiangxi Copper and Aluminum Corporation of China. During the same period, Farvict Automation and Control participated in compiling the "Chute Design Code for Coal Preparation Plants," using "data + algorithms" to reshape bulk material handling standards, leaping from a regional supplier to a writer of national industry rules.

  Tempering: Expanding Against the Tide, Forging an Ecosystem Barrier (2019-2025)

  Facing dual pressures of slowing industry growth and tightening environmental policies, Farvict Automation and Control broke through with "technological deepening + service ecosystemization." In 2021, its developed "High-Frequency Vector Vibration Arch-Breaking Technology" overcame clogging challenges with high-humidity, viscous materials, setting a record of 1200 hours of continuous operation without failure in the Yunnan Hualian Zinc & Indium project. In 2023, it integrated AI vision recognition and edge computing to launch the "Bunker Operation Data Management Platform," achieving a leap from single equipment supply to full life-cycle services. Despite receiving a warning in 2024 due to oversights in accounts receivable management, the company quickly initiated a compliance system restructuring, regaining trust through "supply chain transparency + customer collaborative R&D." Today, its products cover related industries including non-ferrous mining, coal mining, steel, chemicals, cement, and power plants. In the "last mile" battlefield of bulk material handling, it exemplifies the mission of the "Bunker Unclogging and Arch-Breaker" with core technology.

  Over two decades, Farvict Automation and Control has grown from a "lone technical warrior" in vibration arch-breaking to an "ecosystem architect" in the bulk material handling field. Just as the motto engraved on its workshop wall states – "Unclogging is not just about the bunker, but also about breaking through the boundaries of perception" – the enterprise is using innovation as a torch to illuminate 'Made in China with Intelligence' and climbing the journey towards the industry's starry sea.
