The Arctic Star Wind Power Network has learned that recently, Hebei Province issued recommendations on formulating the 14th Five-Year Plan and setting long-term goals for 2035. These recommendations emphasize the need to build Zhangjiakou into a national renewable energy demonstration zone, develop the city into a national-level hydrogen energy industry pilot city, and establish an integrated energy system while accelerating the construction of clean energy infrastructure.
